Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the organization you represent.

You agree not to:

• Send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications using data obtained from the service.
• Reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the platform outside your organization.
• Scrape, mirror or bulk-export the database except through documented APIs and your licensed credit allotment.
• Use the platform to build a competing product or dataset.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attack the service.

Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless purchased as lifetime credits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with at least 30 days' notice.

You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant Prospct.io a limited license to process that data to provide the service. We handle customer data as a processor under our Data Processing Agreement.

Contact and company records surfaced through Prospct.io are licensed to you for lawful B2B prospecting only. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws when contacting individuals, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, TCPA and local equivalents.

Prospct.io, our logos, product design, source code and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you beyond the license expressly granted in these Terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to Prospct.io in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that risks the security of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice at least 15 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prospct.io is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
