Overview #
As a prospct admin, you have the ability to manage and upgrade your plan, add additional sets, and adjust the number of renewing credits to your team each billing cycle.
Please note, in order to have more credits per month, you would need to upgrade your plan or purchase extra seats.
How it works #
In your prospct account, select your initials in the top right corner and click ‘Account & settings’
On your account page, select the ‘Payments & Subscription’ tab, and click ‘Change Plan’:
You will be directed to the pricing page and view pricing options for multiple self-service subscriptions.

You can then begin the purchasing process for one of the self-service plans by clicking ‘Choose plan’ next to the desired plan.

Continue to the checkout page to complete the process.
💡Note: To build your own customized plan, click the ‘Contact Sales’ button under the Scale plan, and fill in the requested details. The Scale plan is ideal for prospecting at large scales.
❗Important: Please make sure you choose the number of seats you want to add and not the new total.
For example: Changing from a 2-seat plan to a 3-seat plan requires installing 1 extra seat instead of 3.
💡Note: Once you purchase extra seats, you will be charged for them on the same day, and the next payment cycle will include the total number of seats you have under the account.
The payment cycle will remain as it was, and the extra seats you purchased will be added to your current plan.
You can always update or change your credit card information in the Payments & Subscription tab.
If you are using a Scale plan, please contacts you CSM is order to upgrade.
